About the role

Join Amazon’s Off‑Amazon Seller Recruitment (OASR) team as an Account Recruitment Representative. You will be the first Amazon contact for high‑potential brands, guiding them from discovery to a fully launched and optimized presence on the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit high‑value brands not yet selling on Amazon.
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and educate sellers on core Amazon programs such as FBA, Brand Registry, A+ Content, Vine, and Sponsored Products.
  • Remove launch barriers by assisting with identity verification, Brand Registry enrollment, and catalog uploads.
  • Execute comprehensive brand setup, including Brand Store creation, product selection, listing creation, and first FBA shipment preparation.
  • Provide post‑launch support during the first month to ensure completion of optimization actions and monitor early performance for scaling opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage data in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Required profile

  • Strategic relationship builder with a proven ability to recruit and convert high‑potential brands.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to guide sellers through complex onboarding processes.
  • Self‑motivated, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and demonstrates a growth‑oriented attitude.
