Warehouse Supervisor – Material Handling Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our material handling team in a fast‑paced medical device environment. The role oversees shipping, receiving, kitting, cycle counting and ensures safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the entire material handling team, including shipping, receiving, warehouse, kitting and cycle counting.
• Ensure all material handling tasks and system transactions are completed accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations, ISO 13485, company policies and the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and use metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.
• Plan, organize and schedule departmental activities to meet production and product development needs.
• Oversee the cycle count program and use results to continuously improve ERP data.
• Advise users on proper use of the Cirtec ERP system and coordinate material requirements to minimise downtime.
• Supervise staff, manage time‑and‑attendance, and deliver both general and product‑specific training.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a material handling or warehouse team.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and site QMS requirements.
• Ability to develop metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
• Experience training and coaching staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Cirtec ERP system.
• Understanding of ISO 13485 standards.
• Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
• Cycle counting and inventory control techniques.
