Warehouse Operator III

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Warehouse Operator III to support safe and efficient warehouse operations. The role involves handling product movement, documentation, and equipment operation while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Move, receive, and ship products or materials according to written and computerized instructions.
• Record all transactions in the warehouse management system.
• Verify incoming shipments against documentation, inspect for damage, and report discrepancies.
• Gather, weigh, prepare, and document items for shipment, following transportation specifications.
• Ensure safe storage of products, minimizing damage.
• Operate equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, high‑lift mobile equipment, palletizers, stretch‑film wrappers, labelers, and conveyors.
• Perform housekeeping and routine warehouse maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Ability to follow warehouse documentation and procedures with occasional guidance.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety practices.
• Willingness to assist teammates and support overall operational efficiency.
