Visitador Médico – Promoción de productos Raven

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Laboratorio Raven’s portfolio to physicians, pharmacists and other health professionals in Costa Rica. The role focuses on high‑impact visits, scientific communication and driving product prescription and recommendation.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned health professionals to encourage prescription and recommendation of Raven products.
• Maintain deep technical, scientific and commercial knowledge of the product range.
• Follow the defined schedule, coverage and visit frequency for the territory.
• Implement company‑approved promotional strategies and plans.
• Foster loyalty of existing prescribers and develop new prescribers.
• Manage special sales opportunities and identify new business prospects in the zone.
• Keep the client database and medical panel up to date.
• Ensure proper use and storage of medical samples and promotional material, and report daily visit outcomes.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Pharmacy or Medicine, registered and licensed to practice.
• Minimum three years of experience in the Costa Rican pharmaceutical market, focused on medical visits.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with the team.
• Strong communication and result‑orientation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
