About the role

This full‑time, long‑term remote position supports healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters, medical histories and procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. The scribe also assists with patient care management and communication between providers.

Key responsibilities

Document patient encounters, histories, and procedures accurately.
Maintain up‑to‑date and complete patient care records.
Assist healthcare providers with patient care management.
Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure information accuracy.

Required profile

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
Excellent listening skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology (background as nurse, nutritionist, PT, interpreter, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and organization.

Required skills

Proficiency in computer skills.
Own equipment with at least 4 GB RAM, 8 GB storage, and a reliable high‑speed internet connection.

What we offer

Salary of $1350.
