About the role

Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency focused on Meta advertising for financial advisors. They are seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to oversee video projects, ensure quality, and handle introductory client calls.

Key responsibilities

Manage video projects from assignment through completion, tracking deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
Perform quality assurance on completed videos, checking pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients.
Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team.

Required profile

Excellent written and spoken English.
Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
Strong project management and time‑management skills.
Experience in sales and/or account management.
Confident and professional on prospective client calls.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
