About the role

Clients Blackbox, a performance marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Video Editor to create high‑retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms. You will transform raw footage into polished, on‑brand videos while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging short‑form videos for social media and advertising channels.
• Edit raw footage into polished, brand‑consistent videos ready for publication.
• Maintain a high‑retention rate through strong pacing and visual storytelling.
• Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting U.S. business‑hour deadlines.

Required profile

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text.
• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Proven ability to create high‑retention content.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and remote‑work setup.
