About the role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create user‑centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. This remote, hourly‑contract position offers flexibility to work 10‑40 hours per week while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design intuitive, accessible interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and implement engaging user experiences.
- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
- Advocate for user needs while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
- Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, especially in AI‑driven products.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Required profile
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high‑fidelity designs.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
