UX/UI Designer – Remote, $15‑$85/hr

About the role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create user‑centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. This remote, hourly‑contract position offers flexibility to work 10‑40 hours per week while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define and implement engaging user experiences.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
• Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, especially in AI‑driven products.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high‑fidelity designs.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
