Graphic Designer

About the role

Graphic Designer based in San Jose, Costa Rica. Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications organization is looking for collaborative creatives to help lead businesses in new directions. In this role you will contribute to the organization’s growth by turning big ideas into impactful visual work.

Key responsibilities

• Create distinctive visuals across print, digital, video, web design, visual identity and style guides.
• Provide ideas and input to campaign work that align with overall strategy.
• Create custom imagery and layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Maintain the highest level of design and brand consistency and compliance throughout all projects.
• Be a proactive problem solver, communicate clearly, and demonstrate a self‑starting work ethic.
• Meet deadlines, ask questions, and stay curious.
• Use established project‑management systems to enhance collaboration, manage assets, and keep project workflows visible.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, innovation, and trends.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Online portfolio required.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with UX/UI tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.
