Trilingual Customer Service Specialist (French, English, Spanish)

About the role

Qualfon Costa Rica is hiring trilingual Customer Service Specialists fluent in English, French and Spanish. The role involves taking inbound calls, chats and emails from customers, listening to their needs and issues and providing helpful solutions. Understanding of beauty products and beauty care is a must.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer inquiries and requests received by inbound calls, email or chat
• Provide customer education on devices, user interfaces, troubleshooting steps and policies
• Handle problems logically to reach the right customer outcome
• Perform advanced hardware troubleshooting, including installation and wiring support
• Provide advanced support for systems and applications
• Follow internal compliance policy and document technical issues in notes usable by others
• Follow up on customer needs and team lead requests, and cooperate on special projects

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English (B2+) and French (B2+)
• High school diploma
• At least six months of call center experience
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, attention to detail and communication skills
• Understanding of beauty products and beauty care

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency
• Advanced hardware troubleshooting and system support
