Junior Networking Agent - Audio Products (Entry Level)

About the role

Aso Foundever, a global customer experience provider, is hiring a Junior Networking Agent (Audio Products) for its Heredia site. The agent answers general customer inquiries and offers solutions by phone, email or chat, providing accurate resolutions within stated policies and procedures so that client objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of open issues, follow up with customers until they are resolved, and ensure timely closure of service requests.
• Identify, analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to voice, internet or data installation and connection.
• Work with music services and all operating systems (Mac, Android, Windows and iOS).
• Interface with other departments and management levels, and carry out other tasks requested by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Must love music; must speak advanced English (85%+); must be able to work at the Heredia site.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in BPOs; full schedule flexibility for weekends and weekdays.
• Minimum 15 MB internet speed at home (45 MB desired); ability to troubleshoot home networks, routers and security software.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call rotation.

Required skills

• IT essentials and strong technical understanding of internet, networking and computers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: background in Computer Science or related certifications.
