About the role
The Trilingual Accounts Payable Help Desk supports end‑to‑end AP operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are paid on time, and internal controls are upheld. You will work closely with suppliers, internal finance teams, and external institutions to keep cash flow smooth and relationships strong.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and process incoming invoices.
- Execute vendor payments and manage payment inquiries.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain vendor master data.
- Process employee expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and financial institutions for daily AP tasks.
- Support month‑end closing activities and resolve invoice‑related issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in shared services, BPO, or similar high‑volume AP environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with an understanding of how AP impacts cash flow and supplier relationships.
- Structured, process‑driven, and comfortable working with large transaction volumes.
- Proactive problem‑solver able to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
