About the role
As a Travel Consultant (ERM) you will be the primary point of contact for business customers, providing expert travel advice and handling crew and offshore travel arrangements. You will work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment, ensuring high‑quality service and supporting the global operations of BCD Travel.
Key responsibilities
- Search, confirm and manage travel reservations for customers.
- Handle crew movements, rotations and disruption management.
- Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties and visa requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and give undivided attention.
- Assist team members across departments as needed.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
- Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations and disruptions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service setting.
- Effective collaboration within a global, multi‑regional operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of customer service excellence and travel industry policies.
Required skills
- Amadeus (GDS) proficiency.
