Travel Consultant (ERM) – Crew & Offshore Travel

About the role

As a Travel Consultant (ERM) you will be the primary point of contact for business customers, providing expert travel advice and handling crew and offshore travel arrangements. You will work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment, ensuring high‑quality service and supporting the global operations of BCD Travel.

Key responsibilities

• Search, confirm and manage travel reservations for customers.
• Handle crew movements, rotations and disruption management.
• Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, penalties and visa requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and give undivided attention.
• Assist team members across departments as needed.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments.
• Hands‑on expertise managing crew movements, rotations and disruptions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service setting.
• Effective collaboration within a global, multi‑regional operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Understanding of customer service excellence and travel industry policies.

Required skills

• Amadeus (GDS) proficiency.
