International Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive International Logistics Assistant to support and monitor our global distribution process. The successful candidate will coordinate with international partners, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries while providing high‑quality customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the global distribution process with international partners.
• Confirm, track, and follow up on international orders until final delivery.
• Provide customer support via Flash System, email, and phone.
• Create and update orders and order statuses in the Flashtrac system.
• Support international reverse‑logistics processes.
• Ensure timely communication and issue resolution with global stakeholders.
• Participate in on‑call shifts during nights or weekends as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service under pressure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth logistics operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Experience in customer support related to logistics, services, or supply‑chain processes.
• Knowledge of international logistics processes.
• Advanced English (B2+).
• Basic Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with high integrity and customer focus.
