Transportation Assistant Manager

About the role

The Transportation Assistant Manager leads and coordinates all ground transportation operations for a luxury private residential community. This role ensures a safe, personalized, and seamless experience for members, guests, prospects, and visitors, working closely with multiple internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate arrivals, departures, internal transfers, events, tours, and special transportation requirements.
• Manage ground transportation linked to commercial flights, private jets, and helicopters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date member transportation preferences, including drivers, schedules, vehicles, and special needs.
• Oversee daily scheduling of vehicles, drivers, and routes for members and operational needs.
• Work with suppliers and third‑party providers to ensure fleet availability, safety, quality, and luxury service standards.
• Collaborate with Member Services, Security, Residential Services, Sales, and Operations to prepare itineraries and ensure compliance with hospitality, security, and confidentiality protocols.
• Create, manage, and adjust the department’s operating budget, monitoring costs, suppliers, and resources.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury transportation or high‑end hospitality logistics.
• Excellent discretion, confidentiality, and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience managing budgets and operational costs.
• Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail.
