Demand Planner – Integrated Tactical & Business Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to lead and strengthen the demand planning process across the region. The role connects short‑term commercial and operational decisions with mid‑ and long‑term business plans, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning and Customer Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive weekly ITP and monthly IBP planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business plans.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve the statistical demand baseline using o9 and SAP tools.
• Monitor demand planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory and service levels.
• Identify and mitigate demand and supply risks, supporting inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with regional and international supply sources to share and align forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with o9 demand‑planning platform.
• Experience with SAP planning solutions (APO or IBP).
• Statistical forecasting techniques and IBP/ITP/S&OP processes.
