Transparency Analyst (Fixed Term – 1 Year)

About the role

Join Stryker’s Global Transparency Reporting team as a Transparency Analyst. You will support accurate and compliant reporting of business guest and transfer‑of‑value data, reviewing transactions and maintaining documentation for U.S. transparency reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and remediate high‑risk payments to ensure compliance with U.S. transparency regulations and internal controls.
• Validate reportable spend data for accuracy, investigate healthcare professional attendee records, and compile large data sets across multiple systems.
• Prepare statistical and compliance reports, resolve data discrepancies, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Train expense reporting system users on correct reporting procedures and maintain documentation of remediation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline transparency reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, supplier master data, transparency reporting, or a related area.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
