Training Supervisor II – Manufacturing & Regulatory Training

About the role

Confluent Medical Technologies seeks a Training Supervisor II to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for operational and support staff across its manufacturing plant. The role ensures that all personnel meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards while supporting business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise initial, recurring, and retraining programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and manage cross‑training across stations, lines, and shifts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate training records in LMS, ETQ, TrackWise, SAP, or other internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, QSR, and GMP requirements.
• Develop and maintain employee skill matrices aligned with the quality system.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits related to training and competency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR to identify training needs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising trainers, facilitators, or training support staff in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, QSR, GMP).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze skill gaps and implement effective training solutions.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
