Training Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Training Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will empower talent with both core skills and AI‑driven tools, ensuring they are ready to support fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one guidance.
• Design, update, and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align staffing, onboarding, and performance expectations.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach EAs on AI adoption, and implement automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with engaging communication style.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership attitude.
