Learning Experience Designer

About the role

The Learning Experience Designer creates, develops, and delivers learning solutions that build knowledge, capability, and professional expertise across Spark support functions. This role translates complex treatment‑planning, technical, and operational concepts into practical learning experiences that improve decision‑making, consistency, and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with subject‑matter experts to design onboarding, certification, and capability‑building programs for teams supporting designers and broader Spark operations.
• Develop scalable learning solutions that drive consistent decision‑making and strengthen cross‑functional alignment.
• Create assessments, case‑based exercises, and performance evaluations to reinforce treatment‑planning judgment.
• Produce digital learning content, instructional videos, simulations, and blended learning experiences.
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure learning pathways align with evolving Spark products, technologies, and workflows.

Required profile

• Professional experience in treatment planning, clinical consultation, case review, dentistry, orthodontics, or a related clinical dental function.
• Strong understanding of treatment‑planning concepts, workflows, and decision‑making principles within a dental or orthodontic environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical and operational concepts into practical learning solutions.
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs for technical, operational, healthcare, or professional audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+).
