Instructional Designer – Learning Design & Development Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a senior instructional designer to lead the creation of engaging learning experiences across classroom, self‑directed and web‑based formats. The role combines adult‑learning theory, visual design, and technical expertise to deliver high‑impact training for a corporate audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and learning materials using a variety of methodologies, integrating creativity and adult‑learning principles.
• Analyze business needs, performance goals and audience characteristics to determine appropriate training solutions.
• Create, deploy and maintain eLearning media (WBTs, simulations, scenario‑based and game‑based learning, audio, video, websites) using tools such as Articulate Storyline.
• Conduct needs assessments, task analyses, and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to validate content and produce storyboards, mock‑ups, facilitator guides and assessments.
• Support the intake of new learning requests, provide consulting, and measure business outcomes after implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in eLearning, instructional design or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience designing multimedia, web‑based training and classroom materials.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, job‑task analysis and assessment design.
• Ability to work across modalities (face‑to‑face, hybrid, online) and to influence peers, managers and business partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (B2+/C1).
