Training Engineer I – Transfers/Projects (Central Shift)

About the role

The Training Engineer I will design, implement and manage training programs that strengthen workforce capabilities, ensure compliance with quality standards and support operational excellence at Heraeus Medevio. Working closely with quality and production teams, the engineer will use technical expertise, data analysis and Lean methods to drive continuous improvement and maintain audit‑ready training records.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain structured training processes and software for plan setup, tracking, and completion monitoring.
• Manage and keep audit‑ready training documentation, including site master training plans.
• Plan, organize and facilitate continuous‑improvement and quality training events.
• Develop competency‑based training programs that address specific skill gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, data analysis and performance metrics.
• Support quality‑assurance document management and control processes.
• Deliver employee training on document management and quality system documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum engineering bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Familiarity with quality and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyse data and apply Lean improvement techniques.
