Trainee Recruiter (Remote) – Entry-Level HR Position

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as a Trainee Recruiter. This remote, entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle while you develop core recruiting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Assist senior recruiters with initial resume screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
