Tourism Driver in Costa Rica

About the role

Join TUI’s diverse team as a Tourism Driver in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, providing safe and pleasant transportation for tourists visiting the country’s attractions. You will ensure excellent customer service, health, and safety while helping spread smiles.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport tourists to various destinations, including airports and hotels.
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and well‑maintained vehicle for each trip.
• Offer basic information about local attractions and culture during journeys.
• Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading.
• Monitor schedules, report delays, and communicate any vehicle issues promptly.

Required profile

• Valid Costa Rican driver’s license (Type B or A preferred).
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in tourism or passenger transport.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Clean driving record with no accidents or traffic violations.
• Physical ability to assist with luggage and perform light duties.

Required skills

• Valid Costa Rican driver’s license.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
