Buyer – GPC Supply Chain

About the role

Join Stryker’s supply chain team as a Buyer GPC, ensuring the right materials are available to support operational requirements and business objectives. You will manage supplier relationships, analyze demand and inventory trends, and coordinate purchasing activities to maintain supply continuity, cost efficiency, and service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply sources to keep adequate inventory levels of materials, components, and equipment.
• Create purchase orders, monitor open orders, and expedite deliveries to resolve supply issues.
• Analyze demand, usage, and inventory data to support supply planning and replenishment.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
