Buyer GPC – Hybrid Supply Chain Role

About the role
Join Stryker’s supply chain team as a Buyer GPC, working in a hybrid model to ensure the right materials are available to support operational requirements and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply sources to ensure adequate inventory levels of materials, components, and equipment.
- Analyze supplier quotations, evaluate pricing and delivery schedules, and support sourcing decisions.
- Create purchase orders and monitor open orders to expedite deliveries and resolve supply issues.
- Analyze demand, usage, and inventory data to support supply planning and replenishment activities.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and operations teams to maintain planned inventory and production levels.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience working with ERP or MRP systems.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for purchasing and inventory management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
