Technical Success Manager

About the role

As a Technical Success Manager at Zscaler, you will be the central post‑sales contact guiding customers through their Zero Trust journey. You will help them adopt and maximize Zscaler’s security solutions to achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and operational service owners to align strategic objectives.
• Provide technical guidance, product insights, and best‑practice recommendations for integrating and expanding Zscaler solutions.
• Manage escalations, coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams, and develop risk‑mitigation plans.
• Identify adoption insights, create customized technical strategies, and share intellectual capital such as training guides.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building solutions on the fly.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and integrity.
• Problem‑solver focused on delivering high‑impact outcomes.
• High‑trust collaborator who embraces feedback and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
• 5+ years in a customer‑facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Delivery, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering).
• Experience with cloud services architectures, web‑based security, networking, or infrastructure solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Technical acumen to align business challenges with Zscaler’s portfolio.
