Client Tech Support – Senior Associate I

About the role

The Client Tech Support – Senior Associate I provides advanced technical support for enterprise platforms, handling production incidents, validating system configurations, and ensuring platform stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex issues in enterprise application environments.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for incident resolution.
• Support operational processes such as security certificate management, reporting, and environment validation.
• Provide 24x7 rotating on‑call support to customers and internal groups.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in application, systems, production, or technical operations support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level).

Required skills

• IIS administration and SSL/TLS certificate troubleshooting.
• SQL database querying and troubleshooting.
• Windows Server administration and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Basic scripting with PowerShell and VBScript.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Client360.
• Data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
