Technical Lead, Quality Assurance

About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking a Technical Lead for Quality Assurance to drive excellence across its AI‑focused product portfolio. In this senior position you will own QA strategy, guide a team of engineers, and ensure that solutions delivered to clients in finance, healthcare, media and technology meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve QA strategies in partnership with the Product Development Manager, translating strategic goals into actionable testing plans.
• Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test frameworks aligned with architectural standards.
• Oversee test management, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within resource allocations, and meet quality targets.
• Drive automation initiatives by applying and optimizing automation frameworks in line with architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing activities with product roadmaps and business objectives.
