Tech Lead (Sanity CMS) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migration projects for our U.S. clients. You will join the client’s existing engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑quality, API‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions and guide the engineering team through complex migration initiatives.
• Design and implement backend services, RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Develop content schemas, migration tooling, and data‑mapping strategies within Sanity CMS.
• Ensure data integrity and manage technical risks throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles, driving architecture and team execution.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale CMS migration projects.
