Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a senior developer with extensive experience on the ServiceNow HRSD platform to design, develop, and maintain solutions that improve employee experience and streamline HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions adhering to best practices and business requirements.
• Partner with the ServiceNow HR team to translate stakeholder needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and performance.
• Configure and support HRSD capabilities such as NowAssist, Employee Center Pro, case and knowledge management, lifecycle events, integrations, and document management.
• Support integration of Moveworks with ServiceNow HRSD and conduct training for end users and developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• ServiceNow HRSD capabilities (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events, HR Integrations, Document Management, NowAssist, Moveworks).
• Scripting languages: JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML.
• APIs: REST, SOAP, JSON.
• ServiceNow tools: Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Automated Test Framework.
• Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer; HRSD Implementation Specialist preferred.
