Team Lead Finance Renewals

About the role

The Team Lead Finance Renewals will play a critical role in supporting the renewals business by delivering financial analysis, pricing guidance, strategic recommendations, and actionable business insights. This position partners with Sales, Operations, Accounting, IT and leadership to improve processes, systems and reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead renewal subscription deal analysis and financial reviews.
• Drive quote reviews, approvals and complex pricing evaluations for renewal opportunities.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze subscription changes, install‑base trends and key business drivers.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions and identify pricing‑optimization opportunities.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and design governance frameworks, policies and controls.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to improve scalability.
• Support User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis, business case evaluations and present findings to leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, deal management or related financial functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience with governance, compliance and business controls.
