Team Lead, Executive Support

About the role

Databricks is seeking a dynamic leader to manage a high‑performing team of Executive Assistants supporting G&A functions across the organization. The role involves developing team members, building processes, and ensuring effective executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10‑15 Executive Assistants aligned to Finance, Legal, People, IT, Operations & Security executives.
• Serve as liaison between executives, EAs, and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations of the G&A EA team, managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
• Partner with EA Manager and Corporate Operations leadership to align team objectives with company strategy and establish a Center of Excellence.
• Develop a cross‑functional team structure to support multiple departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years managing a team of Executive Assistants or similar roles.
• At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams or projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to engage senior executives, build trust, and translate feedback into improvements.
• Excellent attention to detail, process‑oriented mindset, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
