About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Junior Data Entry Operator to handle large volumes of information across multiple platforms. The position is fully remote and focuses on maintaining data accuracy, quality control, and efficient processing to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process high volumes of data entries while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure information integrity.
• Transfer information between different systems and databases efficiently.
• Generate reports and extract data as requested by team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies and improve processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry operations or a similar role.
• High accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to quality.
• Advanced level of English.
