Talent Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist with strong English proficiency to drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives for Elevate North America. You will create compelling content, manage recruitment marketing channels, and build a robust candidate pipeline through digital and creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and digital channels.
• Create engaging copy, graphics, and video that showcase Elevate’s employer brand and career opportunities.
• Manage and grow Elevate’s presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including career site content and recruitment collateral.
• Track and report on campaign performance, candidate engagement, and channel effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to align marketing efforts with hiring needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies on creative assets and campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the local/regional talent market.
• Experience planning and supporting employer branding events.
• Strong stakeholder communication and partnership management abilities.
• Ability to analyse ROI, campaign metrics, and produce leadership presentations.
