Digital Program Manager

About the role

This role combines agile team leadership with content project management. You will own the Jira workflow and triage, run agile ceremonies, manage reporting and documentation, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to keep content projects on track while balancing deadlines and team capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own Jira triage and workflow management to keep visibility into incoming work, priorities and team capacity.
• Lead agile ceremonies and team rhythms, including story time, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and brainstorming sessions.
• Create and maintain reporting, project documentation, meeting notes and status updates.
• Manage content project workflows from intake through delivery, tracking timelines, dependencies and milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work, resolve blockers and keep projects moving.
• Negotiate deadlines and balance capacity across content requests, high-priority projects, the editorial calendar and company milestones.
• Define and reinforce project management processes, facilitate communication and help teams make informed tradeoffs.
• Identify risks, anticipate challenges and escalate issues to protect delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, program management, content operations or a related cross-functional environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once and balancing shifting priorities.
• Experience leading agile ceremonies and applying agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• C1 or C2 English, with excellent written and verbal communication in a fully bilingual, global environment.
• Strong organisational skills and experience with project reporting, meeting facilitation and status updates.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Jira, including workflow management, intake processes and backlog prioritisation.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude to improve workflow efficiency.
