Manager, Marketing Technology

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is looking for a Manager, Marketing Technology to support its global marketing tools. You will connect marketing strategy with technical work and act as the main point of contact for team projects, helping tool specialists work well across the company. The role guides and improves marketing technology by organizing workload, rolling out new platforms and ensuring cross-training.

Key responsibilities

• Support a team of marketing technology specialists, balancing their workload and managing new project requests.
• Act as main contact for new marketing technology projects: define needs, set timelines and assign work to the right specialists.
• Guide the launch of new tools and updates, and ensure marketing teams get the training they need.
• Manage marketing technology platforms such as Splash, ON24, Cvent, Demandbase, Sendoso and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Partner with the Salesforce and Marketo teams so data flows smoothly between systems.
• Create a support system through cross-training so help is always available and project delays are avoided.

Required profile

• Experience leading teams and projects in Marketing Operations, RevOps or Marketing Technology.
• Experience supporting large-scale marketing tools such as event management, webinars, sending platforms and content systems.
• Understanding of how to connect specialized marketing tools with core systems, especially Salesforce and Marketo.
• Strong relationship-building skills, able to turn business needs into clear technical steps.
• Comfort working in a global, flexible environment where clear written communication is key.

Required skills

• Project management methods such as Agile or Scrum to plan sprints and manage workloads.
• Bonus: background in a B2B SaaS or open-source software company, and PMP, Scrum Master or similar project management certificates.
