Talent Data Analyst (Remote)

About the role

INDI, a recruiter connecting companies with top talent, is looking for a Talent Data Analyst to join its Talent team. The role turns raw numbers and qualitative data into clear narratives that help business colleagues make better decisions. It involves extracting insights from large volumes of complex data and helping solve problems.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the Talent funnel and build a data solution from scratch, defining KPIs and metrics
• Work with stakeholders on reporting needs, identify and query data sources
• Cleanse and prepare data, create datasets, reports and dashboards
• Present findings and gather stakeholder feedback
• Deploy data, reports and dashboards to data analysis tools and maintain and document the operational environment

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience building BI dashboards and reports, analysing and visualising data
• Solid understanding of relational data modelling concepts
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a hands-on, disciplined approach
• Advanced English

Required skills

• Top-tier data analysis tools; experience with admin, licensing, security and deployment is a plus
• ETL from various sources using SSIS, Python or similar (a plus)
• SQL Server database architecture and tabular data modelling (a plus)
