The specialist identifies and assesses both technical and non-technical profiles. Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to assess their general fit.
• Contact candidates by phone, Skype, LinkedIn or email to validate their interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and keep system records up to date.
• Interview candidates to check qualifications, experience, interests, commitment and common sense.
• Schedule and confirm technical interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of work experience; previous recruiting experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills, especially listening and persuasion.
• Time management, organization, flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience in online and phone sales techniques and knowledge of IT industry head-hunting are a plus.
