Talent Business Analyst – HR Generalist

About the role

The Talent Business Analyst (HR Generalist) supports the US Costa Rica HR Manager in delivering end‑to‑end talent services across the organization. This role acts as the primary point of contact for HR policies, procedures, and programs while collaborating with multiple talent workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager and partner with talent workstreams to execute employee lifecycle events, compensation, talent acquisition, learning, performance management, payroll and HR technology.
• Collect, synthesize and present data insights through Excel reports and PowerPoint executive summaries for business leaders.
• Lead reporting, data reconciliation and analysis activities for the HR function.
• Support onboarding of new hires and serve as an on‑site resource for acclimation.
• Maintain compliance with local HR policies and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Serve as the go‑to contact for HR policies, procedures and internal communications.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR leadership or directly related experience.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to a changing environment.
• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.
