Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with business and hiring managers to understand talent needs and designs effective recruitment strategies. This role combines high‑volume sourcing, technical recruiting, and the implementation of AI tools to streamline the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
• Source passive candidates using diverse, cost‑efficient techniques and AI‑driven tools.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the Global TA team to build and apply AI solutions across recruitment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience in a staffing agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record in technical recruiting (software, development, professional services).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and client‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, prompts, or automations for sourcing, screening, and reporting.
• Familiarity with key sourcing platforms and techniques.
