Talent Acquisition Specialist I

About the role

ECI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist I to join its Human Resources team. You will create innovative ways to attract talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The role works closely with business development, operations, hiring managers, and technical interview teams to source and hire talent for life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment: manage end‑to‑end processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Sourcing & pipeline development: design tailored sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and build talent pipelines using direct outreach, digital platforms, referrals and industry events.
• Interview coordination: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, gather timely feedback from interviewers and guide next steps.
• Recruiting operations: maintain reporting accuracy, ensure data integrity, and improve recruiting workflows and tools.
• Employer branding: promote ECI’s brand through recruiting channels and storytelling.
• HR collaboration: support broader HR initiatives and assist with shifting hiring priorities.

Required profile

• Proven success hiring for technical functions such as software engineering, engineering or project management.
• At least 2 years of sourcing experience in a professional services environment.
• Understanding of staff‑augmentation requirements.
