Talent Acquisition Partner (US & Costa Rica)

About the role

Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the sourcing and hiring of both exempt and non‑exempt talent across the United States and Costa Rica. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hires while optimizing cost, speed, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR business partners to define staffing strategies aligned with client group needs.
• Adapt recruiting techniques to meet cultural expectations of Confluent and individual departments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute multi‑position recruiting strategies, leveraging employee referrals, staffing agencies, direct sourcing, and other channels.
• Utilize workforce planning data to forecast long‑term staffing needs for critical roles.
• Provide training on compliant interviewing practices and maintain candidate databases.
• Recruit globally, focusing on positions in the United States and Costa Rica.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in medical devices, technology, IT, or related industries.
• Proven experience hiring for engineering and manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated global recruiting experience, specifically in the US and Costa Rica.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday applicant tracking system.
