Talent Acquisition Manager (LATAM)

About the role

Critical Mass is looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale recruitment across Latin America, focusing on Costa Rica and expanding into Colombia. You will shape regional hiring strategies, partner with business leaders, and drive the performance of a high‑energy LATAM recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with local market dynamics and global business goals.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and modern recruitment tools.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand hiring needs, provide talent insights, and influence hiring decisions.
• Coach, mentor, and grow LATAM Talent Acquisition Associates, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, report progress, and adjust strategies based on market trends.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (currently Greenhouse, transitioning to Workday) to ensure data accuracy and scalable processes.
• Champion employer branding to position Critical Mass as an employer of choice in the LATAM digital‑agency talent market.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high‑growth or digital‑agency environments.
• 3+ years leading and scaling recruitment teams across multiple geographies.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM talent market, sourcing channels, cultural nuances, and employment landscape.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Strategic mindset with solid analytical and communication abilities.
• Passion for building high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience with Workday ATS (preferred).
