About the role

The Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist connects skilled professionals with rewarding careers at APM Terminals. You will act as a bridge between candidates and the business, supporting strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and market insight to build diverse, high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business needs.
• Advertise open positions and proactively source candidates across multiple channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Manage interview logistics, collect feedback, and facilitate background checks.
• Support offer governance, ensuring compensation and benefits alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers, onboarding teams, and People colleagues for seamless hiring journeys.
• Maintain recruitment data in Workday and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Analyze talent market trends and identify diverse talent pools.
