Supply Chain S&OE Excellence Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain S&OE Excellence Lead will drive planning process excellence across the Sales & Operations Execution function for the Americas region within Huntsman's Polyurethanes Division. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Excellence Sr Manager, the role focuses on simplifying, standardising and digitising S&OE activities to improve end‑to‑end performance.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Intelligent Lean, process‑excellence and digital automation frameworks to identify and eliminate non‑value‑added work.
• Develop breakthrough performance improvements using best practices, analytics and emerging technologies.
• Lead S&OE digitisation initiatives, aligning business processes with system capabilities.
• Define current‑state processes, assess gaps, and support design of the future‑state operating model.
• Own supply‑planning KPIs in SAP (plan adherence, schedule stability, inventory health, customer service) and drive corrective actions.
• Influence cross‑functional teams, coach planners, create standard work and training materials, and raise planning maturity.
• Deliver sustainable improvements through influence, training, coaching and mentoring across regions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in planning excellence and process transformation.
• Strong business acumen with ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience driving change across the full supply‑chain value chain.
• Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
