Supply Chain Project Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Supply Chain Project Analyst to support strategic analysis and continuous improvement across its global supply chain. The role will partner with demand planners, finance, and marketing teams to enhance forecasting and drive data‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic supply chain analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Demand Planners to incorporate market intelligence into forecasts.
• Work with finance and marketing to refine forecasting processes and consensus forecasts.
• Gather insights on market behavior, growth trends, tenders, PIPO, and SKU rationalization.
• Maintain product master data in planning systems to ensure KPI accuracy.
• Develop and implement models, strategies, and processes to optimise supply chain operations.
• Monitor progress against targets, KPI metrics and communicate concise updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand, supply or distribution planning.
• Intermediate knowledge of statistical forecasting, data analytics, Excel and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1).
