Logistics Associate II

About the role

The Logistics Associate II supports daily logistics operations by preparing accurate shipping documentation, maintaining inventory transaction integrity, and providing backup support for billing and delivery coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies that could affect customer deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and generate customer‑required shipping and quality documents, including Certificates of Conformance, Certificates of Analysis, and Packing Lists.
• Review customer documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before shipment.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate any discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team members.
• Serve as a backup for billing/invoicing activities and delivery coordination to ensure continuity of logistics operations.
• Perform inventory transactions and adjustments in the relevant systems, ensuring alignment between physical movements and system records.
• Collaborate with Logistics Specialists, Material Handlers, and other internal stakeholders to resolve documentation, inventory, and shipment issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or related coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or shipping documentation.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a business environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience using inventory management systems.
